Position: Property manager / Real estate technician for New Cultural Center

Location: Vuollerim, Jokkmokk Municipality, Sweden

About the Role:

Join our team in Vuollerim to manage our new cultural center. This position involves managing properties, addressing reported issues, supervising and maintaining facilities, technical installations, and equipment. You'll handle varying external care tasks, with potential security classification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee property management, including maintenance and repair.

- Conduct supervision and maintenance of facilities and equipment.

- Manage external care tasks, varying by season.

- Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance with safety standards.

- Engage in frequent interactions with tenants, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

- A few years of experience in real estate work or similar roles (e.g., vehicle technician, service technician).

- Knowledge in heating, ventilation, control, and regulations is an advantage.

- Proficient in digital reporting (smartphone/computer use).

- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and follow instructions.

- B driver's license required. On-call readiness is included in the role.

- Strong service orientation, structured, and positive demeanor.

- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Good at following and giving instructions.
