About the event
Emma Elliane is a joiker, singer and songwriter from Guovdageaidnu and Gárásavvon (SÁ/NO). At the age of 16, she released her debut album Dovddut eai gielis / Feelings Don’t Lie, and ten years later, in February 2026, she released her second album, Vájaldettiin — an album that showcases her musical range, from the powerful and rhythmic to the melancholic and reflective.
Emma Elliane conveys moments of vulnerability and fragility, driven by a deep love for her fellow human beings and her own culture. Thematically, her songs explore the experiences and questions that have shaped her over the past decade — finding her place in the world, what she fights for, and what truly matters. Her lyrics often give nature the role of a guide through life’s emotional landscapes.
