Many Faced World of the ManyFaced
ManyFaced reflects upon and embodies a multifaceted world. It contemplates the roles and expectations we fulfill in everyday life: who, in the end, expects us to be a certain way, a certain kind of person, or even in a certain place? Does anyone truly expect us to be anything at all, anywhere at all, or do we merely construct assumptions about assumptions within our own minds?
ManyFaced expresses the feeling of being pulled in countless directions, expected to be capable of everything at once. Why must we always be, do, deliver, accomplish, or produce something? Why do we feel that we should, ought to, or have to?
Why is one person one way to someone and another way to someone else? What would happen if one were the same to everyone, uniquely oneself, different, or perhaps all things…
