The Norrbotten artist and songwriter Vera Vinter offers a finely tuned and emotional musical experience in the concert From my mountain. Together with four dynamic musician friends, she throws us back to the footsteps of her childhood in the form of harmonious folk and world music spiced with the innovative genre “norrbossa”.

Born and raised in Stora Lappträsk outside Kalix, Vera Vinter carries Norrbotten with her in everything she does, especially in her music. The people, the places, the scenery, the nature – everything can be found in her poetic lyrics and beautiful melodies. To take on this assignment from Norrbotten World, she enlists the help of a group of well-tuned, characterful musicians. Together they offer a sensory experience characterized by pop, world music, yoik and folk music.
