About the event
This is a work in progress showing, the premiere is scheduled to Sunday the 26th of April. KONTRA is a contemporary dance performance with live music. The work reminds of the fragility of democracy, celebrates one's own thinking and highlights our ability to empathize. Sitting around the stage, the audience encounters two dancers, a live musician and themselves. Movements travel through the body and shape the sound of the voice together with the rhythms of the percussion and plucked strings. An interaction that is built on trust and listening.
