About the event

Georges-Emmanuel Arnaud is a Martinican artist, photographer, and artistic director. Through his projects, he explores how digital twins — whether material or immaterial — can become powerful tools for preservation, transmission, and research.


His work engages with questions of memory, culture, and technology. By creating digital doubles of spaces, objects, and human practices, he seeks to preserve evolving forms of heritage, make them accessible in new ways, and foster artistic and scientific inquiry into movement, gesture, and the body.


As Artistic Director of the association ANISOTROPIE and CEO of Cariality Studio, he develops projects combining motion capture, photogrammetry, 3D modeling, and virtual reality. These technologies serve as means to archive the living, transmit knowledge, and open new fields of research connecting art, technology, and heritage.
